Inverter MMA welders
EFFICIENCY
Efficiency is the number of minutes in a 10-minute period during which the welder can operate continuously. The efficiency of the equipment listed in the catalogue is measured at 40°C.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
ARC FORCE
he function consists of shortening the arc length when the welding current increases. This allows the arc to be ignited more easily when starting the weld and to be maintained during the work. It optimises the transfer of droplets from the electrode to the workpiece, preventing the arc from going out if the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. Only found in inverter welders.
HOT START
The function consists of increasing the welding current during arc ignition in order to heat up the material and the electrode. The function optimises the process parameters. It is found in inverter and transformer welding machines
ANTI STICK
The function consists of limiting the welding current, preventing the electrode from sticking to the material being welded during the arc ignition process and glowing during sticking. This function is important for inexperienced operators. Only found on inverter welders.
